If I could describe the most soul filling Elopement to photograph, it would be this one. Meg & Trey are seriously the sweetest couple and show their love for one another in a real and raw way. The intimacy of the day, definitely wasn’t unnoticed and I think anyone from a mile away could spot that Meg & Trey love each other in the truest form.
We started with hiking around the glamping site, finding huge rocks to climb up onto for the most epic views of the canyon. The wind was blowing like crazy, and really added one more adventurous element to the day. It was pretty much all the desert boho dreams one could imagine. After taking photos around tents, Meg & Trey were able to sit in their glamping tent, at the most beautifully styled table you could imagine that was styled by maeandco.
For the longest time, I have been totally obsessed with the idea of Glamping in the desert, so when that dream was placed in front of me, it was like the most soul filling experience. I’m pretty sure my mouth was dropped the entire time while taking photos. I’ve never photographed anything that felt SO ME and SO INSPIRING. Everything from Meg’s free spirited reclamation dress, her jewelry and boots, Trey’s suit that blended so well with the desert rock, the gorgeous floral bouquet with ribbon, the glamping tents (duh), the red canyon rock and dirt, even down to the tumbleweeds blowing by us was perfect!
